They called us at 1 pm and said delivery for your car is ready. They put a lot of emphasis for us to reach the showroom before 5 pm. We reached there at 4:15 pm, and we got the delivery of our car around 7:30-7:45. Me and my parents waited there for more than 3 hours, however all the paper was done in the first 30 mins. The very little work of accessories fitting took 2 hours, because the guy kept moving around for tea breaks and random chit chat. After the vehicle was finally ready with accessories fitting done , they made us wait another 1.5 hours. Just because they were busy with test drives of other customers, this is something I kept highlighting to them while I was in showroom also. Once they take money, they literally don’t care. While booking they provided us with a list of accessories while at the time of fitting they came up with completely new list. And the list of complaints goes on. I am also going to report this to Tata motors service call. Because this should be seriously taken.
